Your program fee covers:

Programming:

• Welcome reception on Thursday evening
• Full day of programming on Friday and Saturday

What's NOT Included

Participants are responsible for:

• Hotel accommodations (must be booked using the provided booking link)
• Travel to and from the venue
• Incidental expenses
• Meals not listed above (Thursday dinner if arriving early, Friday and Sunday dinners)

Important: Hotel reservations must be made through our designated booking link to ensure proper room block management and group coordination.

Payment Options

Option 1: Early Commitment Rate

• Pay the full program fee ($20,000) by December 15, 2025, and your spouse participates at no additional charge (a $2,500 value). This benefit applies to full spouse participation in the program.
  

Option 2: Standard Payment Schedule

• Deposit: $2,500 (due at registration)
• Balance: $17,500 (due March 1, 2026)

Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy

For cancellations made prior to attending the program, the following schedule applies:

14-Day Satisfaction Period:

All payments are fully refundable if requested within 14 days of payment date

After 14-Day Period:

• For registrations using Early Commitment Rate: Refunds follow the schedule below based on cancellation date. Complimentary spouse benefit is forfeited upon cancellation.

For registrations using Standard Payment Schedule:

• Deposit becomes non-refundable after 14 days
• Balance payments subject to refund schedule below

Cancellation Refund Schedule:

• On or before January 15, 2026 (90+ days prior): Refund of all payments minus $2,500 deposit
• January 16 - March 16, 2026 (30-89 days prior): 50% refund of total amount paid
• After March 16, 2026 (less than 30 days prior): No refund available

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sales@zelinkaparsons.com.

Alternative Options

Program Transfer: In lieu of a cancellation refund, participants may transfer their registration to a future Pinnacle Program session, subject to availability and any price differences. Early Commitment benefits apply to the original registration only.

Medical or Emergency Exceptions: Pre-program cancellations due to documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the company's sole discretion.

Spouse Participation

For Early Commitment Rate registrations:

• Spouse participates at no charge when full payment is received by December 15, 2025
• Includes all programming, meals, materials, and coaching sessions

For Standard Payment Schedule registrations:

• Participating spouse fee: $2,500 (includes all programming, meals, materials, and coaching sessions)
• Meal-only spouse fee: $250 (includes welcome reception, breakfasts and lunches Friday-Sunday, and Saturday dinner)
• Spouse fees follow the same payment schedule and refund policies as the primary participant

Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the value of the Pinnacle Program. If you attend the program and feel we have not delivered value, you may request a full refund under the following terms:

Eligibility Requirements:

• You must attend all scheduled sessions of the program
• Written refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the program's conclusion
• Request must include specific feedback about how the program failed to meet your expectations

Full Refund Defined: You will receive a complete refund of all program fees paid ($20,000), including the deposit. If you registered under the Early Commitment Rate with complimentary spouse participation, the refund applies to your fee only. Processing typically takes 10-14 business days.
